WebLogic Processes are Killed during JCS start-up (Doc ID 2561336.1)

Symptoms

JCS instance restart from JCS Cloud console shows successful and the instance status is ready. However, unable to access WLS Admin console. SSH to the VM shows none of the WLS processes are running and we see the following in the WLS .out file:
