On : N/A version, Listen and Analyze

User is reporting that alert states message limit has been exceeded in Home screen. Listen and Analyze dashboard shows available messages.

Why is this alert appearing? And why is the error banner appearing with following:

"Unable to review message collection at this time."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Visit SRM > Home > Alerts > Click available hyperlink > See page and error banner > Click on Listen and Analzye > Topics > View available messages against purchase number.
