Question:

There are records in the system where the last_updated_by is shown as SYSTEM.

The records have a status of "Withdrawn by Candidate" with the reason "Work relationship was canceled".

If these are withdrawn by the candidate or recruiter, then why is the last_updated_by showing as SYSTEM?
