When attempting to connect to the web environment, the following error(s) occurs.
- "504 Gateway Time-out nginx "
- 503 errors
- "This page isn’t working <URL> didn’t send any data.ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Locate the environment URL
- Open a browser and enter in the URL
- Enter the credentials (or unable to reach page to enter credentials)
- Error is displayed
