Goal

We have scheduled "Service Request Queue Assignment" ESS batch process to run every 15 minutes in our environment. "Retrieve Inbound Email Messages" ESS batch process was failing very frequent couple of days back. Now "Service Request Queue Assignment" ESS batch has started failing randomly since last 2 days. Please advise how to resolve this.
