B2B and B2C Users Cannot Login to the Application and Unable to Reset the Passwords (Doc ID 2561654.1)

Some B2B and B2C customers are not able to log in to respective B2B and B2C sites, while resetting the password, reset emails are not received by the respective users.


1. open the B2C site and log in with the email id provided.

2. open the B2B site and log in with the email id provided.

3. After submitting the login credentials to the login page, users are getting generic login unsuccessful error message.

4. Clicking on Reset password link not sending emails to respective user ids.
