HR Needs Access To Compensation Salary Details in OTBI report (Doc ID 2561842.1)

Goal

Our HR users need to be able to run a Compensation Report containing the Annualized Salary field, which is in the Compensation – Salary Details Real Time subject area in OBI. When they run the report, the Annualized Salary field is blank. The report runs correctly when a Compensation Manager runs it.
