Symptoms

Customer is unable to click the link and open the link in Link Type Dashboard.


ERROR
-----------------------
This site can’t be reached https’s server IP address could not be found.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS configuration
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Unifier environment
2. Proxy in as issued user
3. Open the issued shell
4. In the Home for the shell, noticed there is a Link type Dashboard
5. Click on the link - Link1
6. Error showed up in a new browser window
7. Issue received.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open the report directly from the dashboard.
