Symptoms
The following error occurs when attempting to extend PaaS Cloud Services to another Data Region:
Following steps were followed to extend the region:
- Open the My Services dashboard and select "Account Management" from the Menu option.
- Locate IaaS/PaaS item list
- Select Action menu and then select Manage Data Regions
- Select "North America" and click OK
- Access Denied (Unknown): Retry the operation is encountered.
