"Access Denied" Error when Attempting to Extend PaaS Cloud Services to Another Data Region (Doc ID 2562342.1)

The following error occurs when attempting to extend PaaS Cloud Services to another Data Region:

Following steps were followed to extend the region:

  1. Open the My Services dashboard and select "Account Management" from the Menu option.
  2. Locate IaaS/PaaS item list
  3. Select Action menu and then select Manage Data Regions
  4. Select "North America" and  click OK
  5. Access Denied (Unknown): Retry the operation is encountered.
