Opportunity Subtab Of Lead Details Page Shows Incorrect Opportunity For Converted Lead (Doc ID 2562412.1)

On : 19B version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
The Opportunity subtab of the Lead details page shows incorrect Opportunity for converted Lead.

Replication Steps

1. Create a Lead A
2. Convert the lead
3. Click on Cancel (Not Save and Close)
4. Create another Lead B
5. Go to Opportunity subtab
6. The previous Opportunity created by converting Lead A is appearing in Lead B's Opportunity subtab
7. Do Save and Close
8. Reopen Lead B and go to the Opporunity subtab, the Opportunity from Lead A is not longer shown
9. But in step 7, if you are clicking on 'Cancel', even after reopening the Lead, the Opportunity from Lead A appears
