Symptoms
Carrier Response Template (CRT) is being created via Bid Round via navigation: Actions > Create Carrier Response Template.
Inside the template, it is seen that Equipment Group Id field as blank .
This happens only for TL Mode Shipments and works fine for Ocean Mode
