IGNORE_PRE_PACK_CODE Y PROCESS_PRE_PACKS is not working (Doc ID 2562705.1)

Symptoms

On : 18 version, Core Product Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Facility parameter:
PROCESS_PRE_PACKS_ORDER =YES
It should convert the child codes in prepack for the ORR interface, currently it does not (PREPACK02 image)

Company parameters:
IGNORE_PRE_PACK_CODE = YES
PROCESS_PRE_PACKS = YES
It should convert the child codes in prepack for the ISS interface, currently it does not do it (PREPACK image)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Conf_Param
2. Key Parameter
3. IGNORE_PRE_PACK_CODE = Yes

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, parameter IGNORE_PRE_PACK_CODE Y PROCESS_PRE_PACKS is not working.
