When attempting to deploy a descriptive flexfield for EXM_EXPENSES
the following error occurs.

The context for each expense type has been created but the deployment for the EXM_EXPENSES is ending in error:

java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: The abbreviation 'LCLS_C_THRTPRTY_T' of the hint 'LACLS_CO_THIRDPARTY_ID' has appeared more than 100 times. STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to: Setup and Maintenance
3. Task: Manage Descriptive Flexfields for Expense Reports
4. Search for: EXM_EXPENSES

-> When adding the information and deploying the error shows.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, implementation for 3rd party information (via Descriptive Flexfields) cannot be completed.
