Symptoms

User is able to load a Worker.dat fie to rehire a Pending Worker by passing Action Code 'ORA_ADD_PWK_WORK_RELATION' in Worker.dat, but when referencing yhe same Action Code within Salary.dat, the file encounters an error message.

The values of the attribute Action Type Code ORA_ADD_WR_PWK is not valid

User observed that performing the same steps in the application, the Action Code is the same error for the Payroll record.
