Upload file during import activities is not working .
User tries to import Account by using the task "manage file import activities".
They usually use CSV file but the system provides an error message.
The task "manage file import activities' is working without errors.
Your request could not be completed because of an error with the content management server.Contact your help desk. The request could not be completed because of the following error: The attachment information cannot be retrieved .(FND - 2403).
Details: The attachment information cannot be retrieved because the file repository is unavailable.
Cause: The file repository is unavailable at this time.
Action: contact your help desk..oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.FndMessagesUtil$FndMapResourceBundle
