Symptoms

After setting up the GenericScim - Client Credentials template testing the Connectivity throws error:

Cannot connect to the target managed app and the cause of the error is : Testing the
configuration of Connector failed. HTTP 401 Error : You're not authorized to execute the
{0} service.<HTML><HEAD><META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type"
CONTENT="text/html;charset=UTF-8"><TITLE>Unauthorized</TITLE></HEAD> <BODY>
<H1>Unauthorized</H1> Proper authorization is required for this area. Either your browser
does not perform authorization, or your authorization has failed. </BODY></HTML>
Note: this error even if similar is different from the one from Doc ID 2563384.1: GenericScim Test Connectivity Throwing: Cannot connect to the target managed app and the cause of the error is : HTTP 401 Error : You're not authorized to execute the {0} service.
