Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Getting an error accessing Workspace after enabling the workspace and publishing the objects.

ERROR

The workspace is currently unavailable. (ZCA-210170)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to the application
2. Navigate to Workspace

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Workspace.
