How Journal Line Numbers are Generated On Revaluation Journals ?

Goal
User is running the Revaluation process where Journals are getting generated as per currency wise, but when user drill down to the journal level, it do not have proper line number sequencing.
What is the reason and why “JRNL Line No.” only for Revaluation journal is starting from 10, 20, 30…, not 1, 2, 3,…. ?
Further when checked for one account exceptionally used “###5. for the journal line number.
Why the line numbering rule different from other journals and also within the same journal ?
