Symptoms

If the user has a different locale set than the Organization's locale, then Advanced Search with the user's locale fields will drop off the parameters and return more results then expected.  Screenshots below show a search using the org locale field and results returning correctly vs. a search using the user locale field and results returning incorrectly.
