Cannot Find the Account Value "scm/InventoryTransaction/import" in File Import and Export (Doc ID 2563669.1)

Users unable to find the account scm/InventoryTransaction/import trying to upload file for inventory transactions using File Import and Export.

Expect the account scm/InventoryTransaction/import to be present in the "File Import and Export" to load inventory transactions

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > File Import and Export
2. Click on "+" to add.
3. Browse and select a file
4. In the "Account" drop down, see the value "scm/InventoryTransaction/import" is missing
