Goal

Benefit Extract Transmissions to BenefiX fail with null value error

All of our benefit extract transmissions to BenefiX are failing. We found reference to Bug IDs 29839215 (that has reference to the workaround of placing a “/” in the Remote folder field on the Plan Carrier definition) and 29835829 (recently closed and indicates there is a fix completed).

We have tested the workaround of the “/” that so far has worked. However, we want to know when a permanent fix can be applied and whether the workaround will function consistently until the fix is applied. We are on the quarterly update schedule.
