Goal

1. How to create multiple Tax Reporting Units (TRUs) under a Parent Payroll Statutory Unit (PSU) /Legal Entity (LE)?

2. Legal Structure/Implementation Project would have one Main Legal Entity that is a Parent PSU, Legal Reporting Unit (LRU), and TRU plus other Child Legal Entities related to the Parent PSU and marked as a Legal Employer. 

3. Reported behavior if this is being done incorrectly: The TRU checkbox would be missing for the Child Legal Entities not flagged as a PSU in the Manage Legal Reporting Unit HCM Information Task.
