Team Member added 2 times in the Opportunity Team after clicking on both Apply and OK Buttons (Doc ID 2564106.1)

An error message is received when trying to add a duplicated Team member in the Opportunity or when clicking on both 'Apply' and 'OK' buttons while adding the selected member.




An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 40, Server Domain: FADomain, Service Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_CRM_UIAPP.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open an Opportunity
2. Go to Team Members
3. Try to add a member that is already in the Team or add a new member and click on both Apply and OK Buttons.
4. See the error message
