Vacation Rules Are Not Working For NIR In PIM (Doc ID 2564180.1)

Symptoms

Vacation Rules are not working for NIR in PIM. Have configured vacation rules for a user such that task for NIR can be automatically assigned to a different user during vacation period. However the system is showing the notification of NIR task being delegated , delegated user is not able to access or complete the task. As a result NIR remains stuck in workflow.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created the Change Order
2. Routed for Approval
3. Approver gets the notification and approves it, but the change order is not getting approved and not moving to Scheduled phase but stuck at Approval phase itself.
Note- the bell notifications for the same change order stating its Approved.
