Order Has Progressed To OMS But Remains As Submitted To Fulfillment In Agent (Doc ID 2564181.1)

Goal

Customer reported that a specific order has progressed into the OMS and has been sent to the customer but the order is not fulfilled in agent console, it remains as submitted to fulfillment. If they try to fulfill the order manually, following error appears:
