On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Contract Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
I have several users experiencing an error at the point of trying to select the primary party when creating a contract. They select the search option, type in a name and click search. At that point, the spinning wheel comes up for a couple of seconds and then the entire window for creating a contract closes and they are back to the main page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 User should able to search for an add party to contract

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- NAV to Contract
- Click Create Contract
- When Search by Name, it has a quick pop-up and the screen disappears
