Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Receipt Accounting

When attempting to Open Costing Period the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Prior period exists is Never Opened Status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cost Accounting > Manage Accounting Period
2. Select the Respective Current Period and Click on Open Target Period


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cost the transactions on the Current Period
