Area Of Responsibility Is Not Working In Onboarding Checklist (Doc ID 2564476.1)

Onboarding task should get assigned to a group of people if any pending worker is hired under particular Legal employer.
So a task is created by choosing the Performer as "Area of responsibility" and mentioned the area of responsibility type.
The expected result is that, the task should get assigned to all the people under that area of responsibility.

But, the task is getting assigned to the initiator.
