HDL PersonAccrualDetail.dat--Ability to load Accrual Plan Balance Adjustment with Multiple Entries With Same Effective Date

When attempting to load Absence Accrual Balance via HDL for a single employee, which has same plan on the same date, but different adjustment amounts and reason codes, the following error occurs below. However, able to make the same changes or adjustments within the UI.
You cannot supply multiple data lines for the same record in the same file because the component PersonAccrualDetail is not date-effective.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load Absence Accrual Balance via HDL for a single employee, which has same plan on the same date, but different adjustment amounts and reason codes
2. Encounter error message above
3. Able to perform the same steps within the UI
