How to remove quotation marks from JSON being injected into Responsys
Hi,
We currently have an issue where one of our vendors (Dynamic Yield) is sending data into our emails using JSON. In one instance, one of the values they are trying to inject is a snippet of HTML. They have stated that this string of HTML must have quote marks around it on their end for it to send. The problem is, this doesn't render as HTML in our email because we have no way to remove the quote marks.
I've looked through the RPL Reference Guide as well as freemarker built-ins for strings for some guidance on how to remove these quotes, but had no success so far.
Do you have any guidance on how I can remove these?
