When attempting to convert a pending work,
the following error occurs.
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident; 79, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instances: UIServer_as1_01, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP
If trying with quick convert, another error is raised:
A payroll relationship with this number already exists. Enter a unique number. (PAY-1635393)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

3. Select pending Worker - Actions - Convert
