Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There are two associates whose payroll for one of the locations that they worked at in Q2 2019 is not pulling into the Quarterly ADP Extract.
Both the associates are terminated with final closed date as 04/05/2019 and have 1 paycheck in Q2.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The two associates' payroll for one of the locations that they worked at in Q2 2019 should be pulled into the Quarterly ADP Extract.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Navigator, Payroll, Regulatory and Tax Reporting
2 - Task menu, Submit a Process or Report
3 - Submit a Process or Report - US Legislative Data Group, Run Third-Party Quarterly Tax Filing Extract (Next)
4 - Payroll Flow (name), Extract Tax Quarter (select 1 or 2), Extract Tax Year (2019), (Submit)
5 - Results missing for two employees in Q2
