Primavera Cloud Professional Does Not Refresh / Hangs After Running Scheduler.

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
Primavera Cloud Professional does not refresh / hangs after running Scheduler.
After Scheduling a Project, the page hung and did not refresh until the user manually refreshed his screen. The Project only has 217 Activities.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
For Application not to hang and refresh normally.
STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User adds 30 Activities to a Primavera Cloud Professional Project (with no Relationships/logic).
2. Runs Scheduler (works fine).
3. Adds logic to tie new Activities to Schedule.
4. Runs Scheduler (system hangs and user has to manually refresh).
