Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
Project SuperUser can change the rights for another user from the OBS.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
The Project SuperUser privilege should not allow the rights to be changed for another user.
STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a non-admin user without admin rights to the Global Security profile.
2. Give access to this user only child OBS as a Project SuperUser.
3. Log-in with this new user of P6.
4. Go to Administration - OBS - Select Parent EPS - Users and now the user can change the Project Security profile for other user.
