Symptoms


Actual Behavior:
Edit Requisition Link is not working properly in the requisition approval notification after the upgrade to 19B

Expected Behavior
Edit Requisition Link Should work from Email Notifications


Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications
2. Create Requisition and Submit for Approval
3. Approver receives Notification for Approval
4. Approver Tries to Edit Requisition using link on notification
