Update From the Template Is Not Triggering, No Event Found In the History Window (Doc ID 2565544.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 18.8.5 - Google Chrome browser only

When triggering an update to a Project/Shell from the Template the update is not shown as being triggered and data is not updated at the Project/Shell level.

The Confirmation dialog box pop's up after the user triggers the update, but the Update Projects/Shells History window does not show the event.

Even if/when the job is not picked up and processed due to some problem, the Update Projects/Shells History window will contain a row at the top that shows the user initiated the job with entries found in the Requestor, Shells, and Submit Date columns. When the job is picked up and processed then the Start Date, End Date, and Status columns are populated. In this case there is no row at all found in the window.
