Even Though Import Process Completes Successfully Account Sheet Is Not Migrated To PRODUCTION From STAGE (Doc ID 2565623.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 18.8

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After adding a Generic Cost Manager configuration to a Shell Template and attempting to import the Template/Module into Production via Configuration Package, the import shows successful but the Cost Manager Module is not imported. When viewing the Shell Template -> Configurable Modules -> Generic Cost Manager log, there are 0 items available.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Configuration Package import window recognizes the Cost Manager Module as part of the package and the import is successful. Therefore, the Generic Cost Manager module should get imported without issue.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Download the Configuration Package from Staging
  2. Login to Production > Company Workspace > Configuration Package Management > Configuration Packages
  3. Import > Import Configuration Package window.
  4. Note that the Shell Template Sheet is shown: Configurable Manager > Generic Cost Manager
  5. The import is successful but the Cost Manager is not imported.

BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the Generic Cost Manager Module cannot be imported into Production.
