Cash Flow Distribution Page Is Not Visible In Unifier (Doc ID 2565631.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 18.8.6

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to edit Cash Flow Curve, only a blank/empty window pops up.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be able to edit the Cash Flow Curve

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign into Unifier and navigate to the Cash Flow workspace
  2. Open the Cash Flow item - in this example there two Curves visible on the page
  3. Double click one of the Curves to edit it, notice that data is not rendered as expected and only a blank window is opened.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot edit the Cash Flow Curve
