Fusion UK Payroll: Late Starter National Insurance (NI) is Not Calculating (Doc ID 2565734.1)

Symptoms

You expect to be able to calculate the Late Starter National Insurance for the UK (NI) per the recommended setup:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Set up the application per What's New19A Document link above.
2. You are not able to calculate the Late Starter NI.

The employee was hired in April and processed in the month of May Payroll. Before running the Payroll, the Late Starter Information feed was added with 1000 pounds.

This should get picked as the previous month Niable salary.
