User is reporting that alert states message limit has been exceeded in Home screen. L&A shows available messages.

Why is this alert appearing? And why is the error banner appearing with following:

"unable to review message collection at this time"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Visit SRM > Home > Alerts > Click available hyperlink > See page and error banner > Click on L&A > Topics > View available messages against purchase number.
