The user has roles that have the ability to edit Primary Contact and yet when he wants to do it in an already open SR or open an SR with a point of contact to himself, he does not find anyone in the database. The user has the Human Resource Help Desk Agent role. The search for the Primary Point of Contact field returns no results. How can this be fixed?
