ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The findResourceSalesrep operation of the SalesPersonService returns no results

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Confirmed in the UI and the database that the rows exist and should be returned by the request.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Web Service: crmService/SalesPersonService?WSDL
