Unable To Import Type 'Modify Committed Line Item' Through CSV Template (Doc ID 2566074.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version that supports Summary Payment Applications type Schedule of Values

The customer is trying to create records by way of importing the CSV Template but are unable to import against the type 'Modify Committed Line Item' for all Cost based Business Processes.

The import template does not allow the selection of 'Modify Committed Line Item' type or enter the 'Change Quantity' or 'Change Amount' in it.

They are able to configure and add fields for the Header (H) and Details (D) rows but are not able to add fields for the Cost Account (CA) rows.
