On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Create Requisition

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Under purchase requisition it is allowing decimals even UOM name is EA.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Decimal values should not be allowed to enter if the name is Each
