Unable To Search Customer Account By Regsitry Id After 19A Upgrade (Doc ID 2566168.1)

Unable to search customer account by regsitry id after 19A upgrade. Created a custom object and added customer name filed and was able to search customer based on registry id but after upgrade to 19 A I am not able to search by registry id.

1. Try to create new Customer by clicking on create Button
2. Click on the Customer Name LOV > Click on search
3. Previously there was registry id to search the customer but after 19A upgrade registry id is missing
4. Cannot search by registry id
