Goal

In our Total Compensation Statement, we have the Benefits tab where the employees can see the benefits that they can take advantage of. Links are created to redirect them to the company's internal website, once these are clicked it just loads in the same page where the TCS is loaded.

Once the link is clicked, our client wants to automatically open this in a new tab. Can you please advise if there's a way that we can configure this?
