Enhancement Request: Is There the Ability to Have a Pop-up Window Show Explaining the Application Behavior after Marking a Not-Started Activity (Assignment) as Completed in Timesheet?

When going into Team Member, Timesheet, a Not-started Activity will be available with the Marking Activity as Complete feature. If logged-in as a Resource assigned to this Activity, and didn't execute any Actual Units (hours), it will mark the Activity (Assignment) as complete. Right now the behavior of Primavera is to auto-populate the Actual Units of this Assignment and make them equal to the Planned Units. After Applying Actuals, this passes the information from Timesheet to P6 EPPM with unexpected results.
When the user marks the Activity (Assignment) as completed in Timesheet, a window should pop up warning the user that the Actual Units will be the same as the Planned and that if the users wants to avoid this, just fill one of the boxes in Timesheet with the value 0.
