Recent Orders or New Shopper Profiles are Not Returned in Agent Search (Doc ID 2566372.1)

Symptoms

Occs-Agent user can no longer use the Order Search functionality within occs-agent to search for orders placed after a certain date (i.e. all new orders after date xx/xx/xxxx are not returned)
Using manual URL manipulation agent's are able to load the order details for these orders, but they are not returned in order searches.

Likewise this issue can occur for shopper profiles instead of orders, new shopper profiles are not returned in occs-agent customer searches.
