CG Mobile : Errors Appear When Trying to Create An Appointment (Doc ID 2566484.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Consumer Goods Mobile App

Several errors appear when customer try to create an appointment


ERROR
-----------------------
--------PriceBookHeadersMaster-----------------------
  ERROR OCCURED DURING TRAVERSAL.
  PLEASE TRY AGAIN.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in the application.
2. Go to the appointment.
3. Click in start appointment.
4. To select an account, the accounts designated to that route appear
6. Save the appointment.
7. Click on create an order
8. But when I close the application and open it again the appointment is deleted and the route accounts no longer appear.
9. Try again to synchronize the account and the following error appears.

ISSUE:

  PLEASE TRY AGAIN.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create appointments in CG mobile
