Symptoms

Oracle Analytics Cloud or Oracle Analytics Cloud - Classic environment is configured with an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) database as a service (DBaaS) environment.

There are intermittent query failures (even simple queries) or sporadic lagging or hanging issues.

 

Oracle Analytics Cloud - Classic customers may notice the following error in the OBI Server logs:
